SANAA Phillip Lindsay Jersey , March 20 (Xinhua) -- The Islamic State claimed responsibility in an online statement for four bombing attacks in Yemen's capital Sanaa and the northern Saada province that killed more than 138 people and wounded at least 100 others during Friday prayers.




ADDIS ABABA， Jan. 30 (Xinhua) -- The 28th African Union (AU) Summit opened on Monday in Ethiopia's capital Addis Ababa with a recognition of many socio-economic gains on the continent.


The two-day summit is held under the theme "Harnessing the Demographic Dividend through Investments in Youth."


Speaking at the opening of the summit， Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma， Chairperson of the AU Commission， hailed progress on areas from free movement of persons to railway development to ending child marriage.


The chairperson hailed the fastest economic growth being registered by African countries including Ethiopia， DR Congo， Cote d'Ivoire， Mozambique， Tanzania， and Rwanda， which are also amongst the fastest-growing economies in the world.


She commended 13 African countries for making commitment to lead in launching the single African aviation market in 2017.


Dlamini-Zuma noted that countries such as Rwanda， Ethiopia， Kenya and South Africa have started to open their skies for fellow African countries， while urging more countries to join in.


She also hailed progress on gender equality and women's empowerment， improvements in their representation in the public spheres， reduction of maternal and infant mortality， the push for financial inclusion and economic participation， and for land rights.


Noting with concern that fighting broke out again in South Sudan， she urged the parties involved to honor the agreement to ensure peace， reconciliation and justice.

First a taxi, then the fast train, and finally a crowded subway trip. A woman has to change transportation three times to commute between her home in Cangzhou City of Hebei Province and her office in Beijing, leaving many netizens surprised at her daily expense of 225 yuan ($32) -- and her insistence on continuing the journey for more than a year now.


Jiang Jingzi usually gets up at 6:10 a.m. and leaves home at 6:50 to take a taxi to Cangzhou West Railway Station Joe Flacco Jersey , spending 14 yuan. Jiang is well qualified to find a job in Cangzhou of Hebei Province, but she believes more career opportunities exist in Beijing. She decided to live in Cangzhou and work in the capital city because the two cities are connected by more than 30 high-speed trains each day.


Jiang said she can make more than the locals in Cangzhou, even after spending so much to commute.


Jiang didn't disclose her salary or how much she was subsidized by her employer.
